Big Bend National Park

Should you be looking for some outdoor fun in Texas, take a little detour and head to Big Bend National Park. This vast and rugged national park features three distinct ecosystems, endless views and beautiful landscapes. Named after the huge left-turn the Rio Grande makes through the desert in Texas, the Big Bend National Park is least visited, giving charter bus visitors the feeling of having the whole park to themselves.
The geography of the park is divided to desertmountain and river. Most part of the park is part of theChihuahuan Desert, and the Rio Grande flows from the south and east, passing through the park before reaching the Gulf of Mexico.

Watch Texas The Musical at the Canyon

If you are planning your charter bus trip to Texas, you should take this opportunity to head over to Palo Duro Canyon just outside of Canyon, Texas. It is quite a drive from Texas City as it would take about10 hours on the road using the I-45 and US-287 N, while from Dallas, it would take about 5 hours on the road using the US-287 N route. However, if you would take a charter bus, you don’t have to worry about the drive since all you need to do is just sit back and relax, or even take a nap while the bus driver takes you to your destination safely.
Now, at the outdoor Pioneer Amphitheater in Palo Duro Canyon, you can catch the famous Texas the Musical, a stage musical produced annually for the past 40 years or more. A must-see for both adults and children!

Tubing Along in Texas Tubes

Texas Tubes is an extremely fun way to spend a couple of hours of your time here during your bus rental Texas vacation. Being an extremely family-friendly vacation hotspot means that there will be crowds during summer months so, be sure to book your time here ahead of time. The Texas Tubes is accessible via public and private transportation so, wait no longer, find time to bring yourself to the shoreline of Comal River for the time of your life. Read on for reviews and details about Texas Tubes.
Great when the weather is punishingly hot
Texas Tubes is one of the most popular summer vacation hot spots for a very good reason - it is one of those affordable activities in Meuseback, New Braunfels TX that most people look forward to regardless of the season. Yes, it is absolutely, without a smidgen of doubt, the kind of outdoor activity that you would return to do it....over and over...and over again. Is it worth it for those who are coming in from other major Texas cities? Our answer is a resounding ‘yes’. It is fun, exciting and relaxing all at the same time! Tubing down the river takes about three hours if you don’t paddle but if you do a bit of the work by paddling, you will get to the end of the ride in half the time.
Can’t complain about free parking and great customer service
Not only is the parking very near to the main lobby of the river but it is also free. I have never, personally, heard of anyone complaining about ‘free parking’ even when they are coming in with their own bus rental Texas charter bus. Wear proper shoes and you will not be bothered with the rocky path (which can be painful for those who attempt to walk to the lobby barefooted). Staff who man the place seems to be very well-trained to deal with the worst of visitors and they make it a point to put your safety and enjoyment as their top priority...always listening out to visitors to see if there are problems they can help with.
Drinking while tubing
One of our bus rental Texas customers was actually pretty frank when he asked if it was OK to drink on the ride. The answer is that alcoholic beverages are (surprisingly) legal on Comal River so, yes, drinking is permitted but one of the things that we are constantly worried about would be disposal of the cans and containers. We would like to remind visitors that we need to help leave the river the way we found it....clean. And by the way, if you are curious about the condition of the river before heading over, the Texas Tubes have a LIVE webcam on so, go check it out!
Tube away
So, if you are ready for this amazing tubing experience and you would like to do it with your family and friends, give Bus Rental Texas a call to find out how we can play a part in your visit. We look forward to hearing from you real soon.

Barton Springs Pool, Austin, Texas

On hot summer days, it is no wonder that people are finding ways to cool themselves down. Groups of friends would make time to meet up for a swim at the beach, or at some indoor pools somewhere. Better yet, for shopping pals, they’d meet up in shopping malls and shop their day away in air-conditioned shopping malls. But if you want some outdoor activity that will help cool you down on a hot summer day, why not rent a Texas bus with some of your friends, pack your swimming attires and head down to the Barton Springs Pool at Zilker Park, Austin, Texas for a cool, chill swim? By the way, this is not an indoor swimming pool, but it’s a natural spring pool that probably looks like some kind of a river with a beautiful park where people hang out and chill.
And since you are going in a group to the Barton Springs Pool in a rented Texas bus, why not pack some picnic lunch as well? That way, you get to spend the whole day there without having to go elsewhere for food – how convenient can it get with an arrangement like this?  In fact, many visitors to the Barton Springs Pool do that – pack and bring their own food to the limestone pool and just chill there the whole day.

In case you didn’t already know, swimming is not the only activity that you will find Texas rented bus passengers do when they go to the Barton Springs Pool. Some of them go there to fish too, but we can’t say for sure how much fishes have been caught though. But, what we do know is that the pool is closed on Thursdays for cleaning and maintenance purposes. They are open from Fridays through Wednesdays and there is a minimal admission fee charged to enter into the pool. However, at any time before 8 in the morning and after 9 in the night, admission is free but at your own risk as they do not have any lifeguards on duty during those times. There are some items that visitors to the pool are not allowed to bring such as alcohol, Frisbees, footballs, soccer balls or any other kind of hard balls. It is also good to keep the place clean as how it was when you first went in – for the benefit of the other users or visitors to the pool.
